Easter weekend was not much different from any other. Michelle is still a little too little to enjoy the holidays. We did color eggs Saturday night and she had fun rolling one around on her tray. She also looked absolutely beautiful for church in her Easter dress.
After church we relaxed and she showed off a little leg!!
Michelle will now try to eat cereal without crying or screaming, or Jim's favorite--closing her mouth up tight so he can't get the spoon in! Mostly the cereal ends up all over her chin and bib, but still, she is making progress. She also likes to hold the spoon. We got her a chair to sit up to the table. It's a booster chair that straps onto one of our table chairs, so we don't have to have a separate high chair taking up space that doesn't exist in our little house. She really enjoys sitting up to the table like a big girl while Jim and I eat dinner.
Of course she also enjoys hanging out on the floor as long as someone will hang out there with her! This picture is blurry, but that's okay.
Two weirdos that are blessed enough to have found each other, so our strangeness doesn't bother anyone so much! Happily in December 2008 we welcomed an addition. In April 2010 we added another. Michelle and Lena will probably end up as bizarre as the both of us, but we love them! Hopefully there are not too many Jackson ladies for poor Jim to handle!
